Learn your body type (Meso/Ecto/Endomorph). You'll see how your body works when developing weight.

Also, you're 13/14. Don't worry about it just yet, your body muscle mass will catch up as you get older. I was around 6ft aged 15 and really skinny (8st), now I'm 19, I'm 6'4 and aound 14st and go to the gym 4 times per week.

Just keep going to the gym and working out. Muscle Memory. Have certain days for upper body and lower body. While your going to the gym, find some kind of protein or supplements that you like and use those.

Well I'm in wrestling so we work out a lot. I suggest going to the gym maybe 3 times a week and run 2 times a week, and make sure to drink plenty of water. Gotta keep hydrated. If you want try joining wrestling, I tried it when I was 4 and still do it. Wrestling isn't for everyone but give it a shot. Wrestling put a lot of muscle on me

Just start working out and eating lots of proteins.

Nuts(unsalted) and red meats are your best for protein.
