Will the Elder Scrolls Online be gameshareable or not? Will it require an activation key for Xbox One?

In all my time playing on the xbox systems there has never been, to my knowledge, a game for the xbox that requires an activation key. All games are as shareable as each other, however that means using an exploit and from what I can understand of the TOS if your caught your looking at banning. The only game sharing Xbox does is if you set your friends console as your home xbox, and they never use your account but leave it sitting there, and you only log onto your account on your console. So in theory all xbox one games are shareable with one other console.

It's not really an exploit anymore. It used to be, but now it's integrated into the Xbox OS.

The game IS in fact gamesharable.
