Surely you have a friend or sibling or something who could help you build a rig if that's the case. Don't buy that Alienware shit, or any PoS pre-build. It's just going to be a waste of your money.

Regardless of what system you have, ARK won't run at brilliant fps.

I have a 970 (the card being suggested in the build) and I only get about 30fps at high settings (with a few settings changed).

Aside from running dual 980s or something ridiculous, ARK runs poorly on most machines. It's an early access game and this isn't really surprising. The developers have said that optimisation and bug fixes are their top priorities at the minute though.

Then open up your browser go over to youtube and look at some videos. Don't buy a pre built i bet you $1000000 in the future you will come to regret it.
