Hi,
Friend just had a PC built my pcspecialist (against my advice). Has an i5, GTX 970, SSD yada yada.
Whenever he boots into windows 8 normally, after a little while it crashes to a colored screen (back, green...), requiring a restart. This isn't long enough to get the GPU (or any other) drivers installed so i can't tell what's going on.
Any help would be fantastic and i'll try to provide any more info.

Make sure all power cables are connected correctly and fully inserted (Motherboard, and GPU) and that the GPU is fully seated in the PCI-E socket. You may also want to make sure that your CPU fan and heatsink is working and seated correctly.

Surely they have a warranty/help line?
If you pay over the top you should expect that.
