Bought a new graphics card, now a lot of noise

Bought a new graphics card, now a lot of noisePosted:

So i bought a r9 290, works fine but my pc is making a lot of noise now. If i listen i think its from a fan thats cooling the cpu i think.(im not that good with pc stuff) Could that be the problem? My cpu is Amd a10-7700k.

does it feel very warm around the heatsink? it could be a false reading that does happen..

I already did that and took it al off then put it back together. How do i know if the thermal paste isnt good anymore? Also this happened when i put my new graphics card in never had this problem before.

You're meant to change it whenever you take the cooler off.
