I'm downloading the new update 4.75 and it keeps getting stuck at 99% anyone know how to fix?

Hm.. This sounds like a software issue. If your on an OFW have you contacted sony for support?

A possible fix for this is that you could update it with a USB if you have one.

To do this:
Format your USB to FAT32
Create a PS3 folder at the root of your USB key.
Open the PS3 folder and create a UPDATE subfolder.
Put the Update inside the UPDATE folder.

Also note that the folders are Case sensitive.
