I just really need to know if i can do this..

My old account was like level 372 with like 4 million dollars on it
and i was just wondering if i could transfer that character to my new xbox account

If so could you please guide me threw it i will give you rep in return

No, you can only transfer characters from Xbox 360 to Xbox one with the same xbl account the character is on.
