Every time I email the company regarding the matter I get no reply? How would I construct an email for that purpose?

I'm in the same boat. Let's just be unemployed all summer together and hangout on TTG haha

At this point, that looks like the easier option!

I think you would get better results if you went in person man, sitting around waiting for an email is wasted time. Im not sure what kinda job youre trying to get specifically but if its just a regular job, then apply to more than one place until someone calls you.
As I said I would recommend going in person and asking/applying for a job unless they dont have that option. If the application is only online (thats kinda weird) then just keep applying at reasonable places

Would I need to attach a CV/Resume even when I have not received my qualifications yet?

It means no, son. Spamming mail isn't helping in the job search. Also, most of the time if you see the ad, it's already too late. You have to be aware of the job offer before it goes public.
Finally, you didn't give any details about you or the job it's pretty complicated to help you. How many mails and within what timeframe?
You also want to secure your spot around february-march if it's a 'huge' 'good' summer job. April at last.

Looking for a summer job now is a bit late, should have started looking a bit earlier. A good CV plays a big part in getting a job. Apply for jobs out side your comfort zone, by this i mean don't be too selective, working in a super market may not be what you want to do but then again, it gets you money and experience.

That's not really how it works. You don't just email a company asking them about a job.
You need to go through the application process.
This is the only way really, unless you know someone that can hire you there.
Some companies don't hire summer help.

Thats probably a good idea, they will want to see if at some point so sending it in all in at once is your best bet. Plus is does no harm sending it in

When it comes to summer jobs, going to the business you want to apply for and asking for an application is much better than just applying online. Even if they tell you to go apply online, you still show that you have motivation for the job.
