Look up aiming tips on YouTube.

Learn the callouts for the maps; if you play some Casual, the map callouts are listed in the top left of the screen.
Callouts are the area of the map you are in.

Practice for a while on deathmatch or casual before playing comp. Might as well make sure you have the basics down so you don't get placed in Silver 1.

play some casual, learn what guns suit you best, watch some shooting and recoil tips and some map call outs and go play DustII Competitive ;)
