I won 4 games on comp and got a 21 hour cooldown and I've been waiting to play all day. I then won two more games and gopt another 21 hour cooldown!! what is this shit?

Like the guy above said, if you're not ranked yet you will get a cooldown after winning matches. This has nothing to do with the update.

If you aren't ranked this cooldown is to make sure you're not a smurf. Once you are ranked you don't get these cooldowns.
