I'm pretty sure you can't get scammed on eBay, because no buyer is aloud to refund on a virtual item, I think anyway, but if the buyer wants to really get their money back, they probably will find some way through eBay and PayPal.

Yes you can get your money back on virtual item, starting July 1st.

I was selling 3 for £5 on eBay and after 3 sales it got removed for "copyright"...

And translated: "You have posted online a holiday in Turkey, but will receive a voucher for a Tuscany-Travel? You bought mobile concert tickets, but it plays a different band? If the goods are not OK, there's the PayPal Buyer Protection Money Back - from 1 July 2015, for digital goods."

I was selling them and sold 5/5 I listed but when I listed again it got removed for copyright from EA Sports :/
