"play what you wear mmo" what does this mean? this means no character "special" items or worse some bs fight types where your limited.

i want to find a mmo with:
fps/3rd person view.
mouse to move the camera
skill list
weapons can be used with certain skills quest or ect. no other limitations "character build"
active players

preferred
tera like combat, runescape like weapon/Armour use.
big long list of unique weapons
from gloves to a bazooka an everything in between.
rides
great customizations to character.
