So I am wanting to buy a new video card since the one I have now is really cheap and I have to play every game on the lowest settings and I'm also wanting to stream while I game so I need something that can get me around 60fps on medium-high settings when streaming at the same time, 1920x1080. I don't want to spend anymore than $150.
I thought about buying this gpu--> [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Thoughts?
My current pc build:
-Nvidia GT 610 video card
-AMD FX-8350 CPU
-Gigabyte 970A-D3P Motherboard
-8gb Corsair Ballistix DDR3 ram
-600w power supply
I have a 4.5 upload speed btw, not good but it works.

And by the way, streaming relies heavily on your cpu as much as your GPU, you probably won't be streaming at 60 fps depending on the games your playing.

Yeah, definitely get the 280 if you can manage $150 after rebates. Otherwise, you'll have to get something like an R9 270 or 270x. By the way, the 270 out-performs the 750Ti. In fact, even the R7 260 performs on par, or a little better than the GTX 750Ti, so don't touch that shitty card(750Ti). 280 will be playing most games @ultra settings @ 1080p. 270 will be med-high settings for higher end, more demanding games.
