Yeah its usually RIGHT at the end of the TOTS, as their season ends much later than the others.

It'll end the end of the MLS season. I'm not sure when that it though.

MLS is always one of the last ones so it could still be another couple of weeks

Hmm okay, I don't watch alot of the MLS League, because I'm from Europe. Can you guys predict which players will get a TOTS? Appreciate it

The MLS blue cards of previous years have been for the MLS All-Star game against a big European Team. They don't have a Team of the Season as such because the MLS season finishes in September (I think).
This year the MLS All-Star Team is taking place on 29th July, where they will face Spurs.
I think the FIFA All-Star team will be released in the week leading up to the match itself.
