I can find a million and one xbox 360 cash lobbys but yet to have found one on the xbox one ? is this because its harder or people just not around doing it on the one?

This is because no one has made a JTagged Xbox one as of yet!
Hopefully in the near future there will be Xbox one RGH's around

The Modified Xbox Ones will be created possibly within the next 3-6 years, so hopefully by now you should re-think of getting an Xbox One for mods.
