Both $50 over OP's budget, and he said he needed peripherals, after you asked, but apparently you ignored that?
OP-Monitor, mouse, keyboard? Will you overclock?

All I really need is a decent monitor, got a buddy giving me his keyboard and mouse when he upgrades now. As for over clocking, its a possibility in the future, probably won't do it when I first get everything.

With the 370, it'll be a tad over budget. If you get the 360, you can use the spare money to add another 4GB RAM so you have 8GB total. If you get the 370, be sure to add another 4GB RAM when you can. Either way, add an SSD when possible. Motherboard leaves you the option to upgrade to Haswell, Haswell refresh, Broadwell CPUs and overclock if they're unlocked.
