So i want to pre-order The Division from the Ubisoft store the PS4 version, comes with a steelbook , does payment get taken immediately? just want to know from people who pre-ordered from the Ubisoft store before ?

Yes it usually does, depends on the payment method i believe.

It says if paying by Credit card you won't be charged but my friend used a credit card and got charged
