Typing like that isn't "wrong." Before you start to decide what is right and wrong, please sharpen up that grammar. You can't tell anybody what's right and wrong when you can't use "does" correctly.

'Right' and 'wrong' don't really exist when describing grammar.
You can have non-standard grammar - while standard grammar is seen as more acceptable - but it's not 'wrong' to capitalize the first letter of each word.
I don't really mind it - as long as their sentences are structurally understandable - because I don't have a hard time reading words like that.
