GTX 970. You can pick up a Zotac 970 for about $315. You can spend more for a nicer looking card if you want, but it's up to you which card you think is nicest. If you can manage $410, you can buy the Zotac 970 for $313, and a Samsung 850-EVO 250GB for $97.

I Have the MSI GTX 970 and it is pretty good. Runs GTA V like a Charm at 60+ FPS on Settings at Very high on all. Also it has the best Clock Speeds that I could Find for the 970. Priced @ $348 USD.
