Im not 100% sure but i would try a screen recorder like : Hypercam 2 or camstudio

The three good programs that are free are Fraps, Camstudio and Hypercam.

Screen recorders will get you kicked from games for hacking, unless you're playing on a non PB server. To record games you need to go in the console and type in -record [demoname] to start recording. To stop record go into the console and type -stop

on call of duty 4 type this in the console "record" this is the console button ~ ussualy next to the 1 then you download cod4demoplayer and open up the demo and then record with fraps so theres no lag while your playing sounds complicated but hey demos record is kb's
