Reset your router, if you get booted off again without being in his game then you have a static IP which means it's the same and he can keep hitting you. If this is the case, ring your ISP get them to change it and then block/avoid him, dont join his party/private chat/game etc.
Get a VPN and connect it to your xbox
Hit him back, if you wanna learn how then add me, I can teach you.

Its funny cause when you get booted you start booting people and they start booting people its an endless cycle o: Just get a VPN and Cain and Abel..
