I have came across a post on the internet which has been TaiG developers and they've said that the upgrade for Cydia Substrate should be made public for 1/2 Beijing time. So we can all just hope to god that it really does

There was a leak last night theres a .deb file for the substrate so it works now.

Yeah I did it and put me in safe mode, i had to restore and rejailbreak with the 2.1 version of the tool lol.
