Check out a tweak called 'LabelShift' , it does what you requested .

If what you're asking is if there's a tweak that let's you scroll through apps vertically (Up and Down) instead of the default horizontal (Left and Right), then Infiniboard is the tweak that does just that.

No i mean the page dots, the white dots above the cc that represent the page of icons your on

Install a tweak called MagicDots see if that helps.

Magic dots works thanks, it took a few resprings too get them at the right height but i got it eventually
