What is your budget and currency? $750 W/O MAIL IN REBATES
Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? No
What will you use the PC for? Mainly for playing modern games (GTA, MC, Wicher 3, Battlefield) at 1080p doesn't have to be max settings. Just good frame rates 30+
I would also like to be able to stream with not horrible problems like very laggy stream and light video editing for YouTube videos
