If I for example try to download a game from steam on to the drive it will tell me that " New Stream Library Folder Must be Writable ". I have windows on it on this Drive so its not like it is not even working. My account has the proper permissions under properties of the drive. I have tried to find a solution all over the internet but no luck. This is my last resort people of TTG.

Would guess it is a steam issue, can you install any other things onto it?

Go to your steam, settings, downloads and Steam Library Folders and add a new one on your SSD.

When you install games, point it to there if you want it on there.
