I'm looking to build a PC, which main purposes would be casual work such as rendering videos, using word processors, etc.. This is not a gaming PC. I'd appreciate it if anyone can give me a parts list for this. Also, I would like to keep this build under $400 (No OS needed). Thanks.

surely $20 over isn't that bad... if it is get a 128GB BX100 SSD
as for the build, will do you decently with hyper-threading and has the ability for another 4GB stick of RAM if you need it.
