Oh god, the Hummers and Dodge cummins... With the £ symbol being used you have to assume this is in Britain so those cars will be very out of place, and they don't have great mileage. And the Hummer suggestion with the 'Luxury' element just is a nonono..

But if I had to choose with a £15k budget, probably a land rover defender and when it comes to modifying it and upgrades it has a number of great upgrades.
