my friend is looking to build a pc but only wants it for browsing a burning cds and doesnt want to spend more than £200 apart from mouse and keyboard he has already would it be cheaper to build one or just buy one from shop thanks

This is £200. Would be powerful enough for just burning CDs.
Make sure he asks ebuyer to update the bios on the motherboard, so that the cpu will work.
