So I found this website and apparently you can get free skins and I have seen multiple yes's and multiple no's but idk at this point xD

It doesn't work at all.
It just helps them get money.

No, it won't work. There are sites like this that will claim you get free Steam codes, MSP, PSN cards or even in game virtual items for whatever game. Basically, once you get the amount you need, you then must complete what seems like an endless loop of surveys that you will eventually give up on or will never give you what you earned, more than likely claim they will email you, which it will never appear or you will be prompted to download something. I haven't seen any of these sites to be legit, and I for sure wouldn't even think about downloading a program to obtain "a free item/code" for anything.
