If I bought GTA V and Ghost on my PS3 account, can I download that to my ps4 and then download those games? I dknt want to be bothered with paying again.. :/

If you bought both of those games new, and not pre-owned there should be a sleeve inside the case that mentions being able to download a digital copy on your PS4. I am pretty sure that they do still charge you $10 though for the digital copy.
