Get some straight pipes and get your alloys sprayed black. Will look evil.

My truck is a diesel and yes it is already straight piped. You don't run straight pipes on a diesel.

Exhaust mods for a cummins diesel are going to be super expensive. You're going to have to get a tuner and do a lot of re-routing.
My brother-in-law just did exhaust mods for his 2013 RAM and it ran him $2400.
Get a lift, those black rims GMC linked, and some Mud tires and you'll be set in my opinion. Very nice trucks and congrats on your vehicle purchase

Mine is a 2007 so it didn't cost that much to straight pipe it, only about $350. The 2010 and up they added a bunch more computer stuff so that's why it costs so much to straight pipe a 2010-2014 Dodge Cummins
