i got to put the xenon offline files on my console. it works perfectly.. everytime i boot the console it syas "xenon fully stealth" etc.. but i got to sign on to xbl and its saying "Update Failed" any help?!?!

Yeah, you have to get the latest title updates and update your dashboard to the latest dashboard.

(Ex: 17349) < Latest dash.

You can check your dash by going to dash > system settings > then find your latest dash on top right.
