Has Internal Blue leds, 12v Whisper fan and External 12 Volt fan (SILENT)

Please Note even with the 12 volt whisper fans and external fan this console is no louder then a regular Xbox 360, Super silent fans ;)
this console's previous repair was over a year ago, and with help of the fans, You want be getting red ring anytime soon.
