OP-What monitor do you have? If you're playing at 1080p, you don't need to spend anywhere near $1500. Do you have an OS, or will you get one for free, or do you need to buy one? What exactly will the system be used for? Gaming only or what? and what games in particular? CS:GO and GTA V are going to need completely different systems to run at their highest settings with 60+FPS. Even a $500 rig is more than enough for the likes o CS:GO.
