This is an in game problem i have had for a while now. I have completed Mage's Guild quests 1-4 and have my mage's guild skill line to level 5. I cannot find the quest launch for the final quest. Arch-Mage Shalidor is no where to be found. My character is level 48 in the Ebonheart pact and i have gone to every possible mage's guild in the Ebonheart pact area and Shalidor is nowhere to be found. However i have since finished the main quest line and moved on to daggerfall where i traveled to bangkorai and into Evermore. I found valaste there and she has said the phrase "Adept. Very glad to see you again. I've translated the final book, and we're ready to monkey rum butter." This is the phrase she is supposed to say at this point in the game, however she doesn't launch the quest for me. The only one who is able to launch the final quest is Shalidor and he is nowhere to be found. This is a very agitating issue as i am a completionist and i need to finish this quest line! PLEASE HELP.
