I don't really know much about gaming desktops or the details that make them good. Like RAM, etc. If you know any about this, please help me pick one below.

I Edit in Adobe After Effects/Sony Vegas as well as play games like BO2.

Gonna be the first of many to say, have you thought about building your own? It's not hard and you will save a ton of money doing so which will mean you can get a better machine for your budget.

Yes, I actually have but once again, I have no idea what to buy. I need good components, like Windows 10/7, good amount of memory, and able to run games and software smoothly. But I don't know what to buy exactly for that to occur.

Post in the PC building forum asking for a build people will help you there. Include your budget and currency and any extras u need such as keyboard, mouse, monitor ect.
