Hello, I recently downloaded a save editor but all I can do is unlock everything and do a few other things with vehicles in garages. I've attempted to change my character to some other NPC but I always lag out. I was wondering if there was any way to mod story mode like a mod menu type thing, I know there probably isn't but I'm just curious. Thank you all! (Jk no one is gonna comment)

PC is where the mods are used
IF you try to mod like that on 360/Ps3 it will mess up or corrupt your save file , so No you cant only On PC

you can mod money and skills and i think thats it.
