So I decided to repost since I didn't get much feedback the first time through.
*Side Note - I don't know crap about building computers so bare with me
What is your budget and currency? $800 US Dollars
Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? Preferably Windows 7
What will you use the PC for? Gaming (MMOs, Skyrim, Elder Scrolls Online, MineCraft)
I would like to be able to run the above mentioned games on High/Ultra quality without sacrificing FPS if possible. Any Questions feel free to post or PM me. Thanks in Advance

Far better. You can sacrifice the SSD and get an R9 390 for a tad over budget. Or sacrifice the SSD and get a cheaper case and fit a 390 in within budget. If you done that though, you'd want to add an SSD asap. With the rig linked, you can add another 380 in XFire. You'd need an 850W PSU for XFire 390's, so if you do go for a 390, try to spend a little more on a good quality 850 PSU, that way you have the option to add a 2nd 390 at any point without issue.

Thanks dude, I'll probably opt for the 390 but, what would you suggest for an operating system?
