Contact Microsoft support. They would be able to remove the payment information from that account.

Don't contact MS they're useless, Tell your girlfriend (The owner of the card) to contact her bank and request that the payments to MS to be stopped as she is not making them.
Their probably won't be any refund but you will at lest get them stopped.

This is why you don't give your account info to random people you meet on the Internet, as well as the exact reason why license transferring is against the rules

You should call the police about this as it is fraud, they will be able to find the person doing this and arrest them. They could also get your money refunded as well.
