so i bought the ascendance dlc and its wroking on my main account, but i started another account and i got the ohm royalty but i cant use it cause the dlc is not working on that account

Maybe you downloaded the dlc to another console first which would explain why it's only working on the main profile.
Try signing in to both and then play with your secondary account.
