Got a huge fear of stingrays use to stepped on them all the time at this lake i use to. hate them, hate them, hate them

Alright, we have all seen horror/scary movies such as Insidious, Paranormal Activity, Sinister, The Conjuring, Annabelle etc. There are many scenes where you basically "jump" and get scared for a second.
BUT, what really freaks me out is when many of those movies are built upon stories that are somehow connected to religion and exorcism. Also, in The Conjuring, there are some crazy scary scenes, but what I really get freaked out off, is when that woman is close to the water and suddenly someone is hanging down from the tree behind her. If you understand what I am talking about (I hope this was not complicated), then you get how/why this make me anxious.

I find it extremely difficult to sleep in day on with lights and because my sleeping routine messed I bout pure black roll blinds for when I sleep, because I'm boss I cannot sleep with light
