MalwareBytes is good even without the premium (which you can easily get for free)

Malwarebytes is Anti-malware not an Anti-Virus.

I've been running Avast on my PC for a couple of years now, still on the trial. Not had a single issue. If its getting through Avast, your probably not interneting properly.

Windows Defender is always a great choice. It does the job without the unnecessary resource hogging.

You beat me to it bud....

Avast is great.... NEVER use AVG... it is a resource junkie... McAfee and Norton are the same way too.... I wanna buy avast but I'm too broke

Don't use more than one antivirus. AVG and Bitdefender are antiviruses (antivirii?) and Malwarebytes is made to be used in addition to an antivirus. Malwarebytes is an antimalware, not an antivirus.

That said I don't like any third-party antiviruses/virii and Defender/MSE is fine.
