I'm not no big lifter or anything but I only have a set of 7kg Dumbbells (15pounds) and I'm lifting them every hour on each arm 30 times, so will there be any difference in tone or not?
I do all sorts of things like press ups and sit ups, what do you do?

You will see a difference in your strength and a possible difference in the size of your muscles. The pushups and sit ups will more define your body than purely lifting weights will.

If your trying to get stronger and look bigger Mate the best thing to do
Starting off is to find what you weight this way you can find out body fat percentage etc. the more body fat the easier it is to create muscle, and if your are a skinny guy it can be more difficult as you don't feel as strong and it may take longer and you can be less motivated than perhaps and overweight person may be.
I recommend you get yourself to a gym somewhere and basically go in and lift as
Much as you can weight wise, as the whole idea to gaining muscle is to tear the muscle and then built it back up with protein, hence the protein shakes,
Eating is a big part of gaining muscle if you want any tips on eating and what to be eating PM and I can help you out, as I've been training for the Royal Marines I've picked up a few things. But yeah keep at the press ups and sit ups but try mix it up a bit by doing press ups to a beat also sit ups as well, pull ups is a good back and bicep workout depending on how you position yourself

This is not true at all. Lifting weights is how to build and tone your muscle. Though pushups and situps will help you are better off actually lifting weights. You also shouldnt be just doing curls. Im sure your school has a weight room. Get on a routine that hits every muscle group.

I would suggest just going to the gym and get a trainer to make you a plan. Thats what I do and I go 5 times a week.

I suggest you get a gym membership. Also, find a routine that is right for you and hits all of the main muscle groups. Following that routine and eating well, along with taking the right supplements will go a long way.

You don't want to do the same thing you want to give your muscles a rest so they can develope, try doing some push ups sit ups etc. also don't skip leg day haha

Be careful working the same muscle repetitively, by doing this your not giving your muscle(s) time to repair it self. Also 7 kg's isn't much if your wanting to bulk, nevertheless if your wanting to just tone your muscle, I would look at high reps and low weight (7 kg's is fine). However if you are wanting to bulk, try doubling that weight with lower reps, maybe 8-10 with sets of 3. As most people will agree your diet is EXTREMELY important, this will decide your outcome in my opinion. Check out my topic on ''Guide to Gyming'' on the sports forum.
