i forgot my password on fb i only know the old password, i dont have access to the email thats registered with the fb please help!!!!!!

How do you not know the email your account is associated with? Like I understand forgetting the pass but the email?

As for getting your account back, I have no clue brother. I don't know if FB offers two step verification.

i dont know password and my phone is for old number so i dont have sim and carnt reset if you knwo anything for that and the FB support is terrible

how did you lose the email? if you have access to ttg you have access to that email with this account you using so recover your facebook email ps next time dont lie about not knowing the email you prob dont know the password to it if so recover it they will send you it to that new email you gave them or something still something isnt right there

oh so carnt you email fb at all maybe they will help you but my aexp was bad they just said try and gain accses to phone number
