It is possible but its very rare most people just say there going to and then write your name down and then when they realize they have no idea how to hack they just give and play cod again

I called them, and I said I think someone has my IP adress, and told them the situation. and He said they no one can aquire my ip adress over xbox. And he said My ip adress is dynamic and i should just restart my modem. Should I call him again?
