On the xbox one, have they fixed all those bugs with loading and all?

I have played through the game completely and never encountered any loading bugs, there was several updates for the game , so maybe I was lucky and never encountered it.
I know PC had big issues with stuff like loading, but I'm sure if there was a issue on the Xbox its probably fixed by now
