How do you join a clan in this game. I watched a video when the game came out and it said there was a mobile app but I can't find it. Someone please help

The assholes deleted the app because to many clans were using illegal characters like the ps3 buttons,and colored words in their name so honestly you can never join or make a clan from the app only in game
