Been thinking about it lately and surely they would want to remaster a top pick cod so they can make more money as they are money grabbers.. was also thinking it'd be sweet if they remastered all the cods from CoD 4 to black ops 2 into one sale like the master chief collection.. obviously seperate from xbox 360 servers then we would be able to play waw and cod4 without people flying around and teleporting. Think we could start a petition? ???

A lot of games that they are adding are quite popular. If you are referring to the current games that work, then you should also know that these games were only put out for preview members as a sort of "beta" for the backwards compatibility. Before fall, they will have added over 100 more titles. (Most of which will be quite popular)
OP: Surely they will add CoD. I doubt they will ever remaster CoD like the Master Chief collection due to the fact that every other game was created by a different company. (Always switched between Infinity Ward and Treyarch mainly; then Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software took over advanced warfare.) Plus on top of that, the companies who made CoD are just money grabbers. They will find the quickest and easiest way to gain money with doing the least amount of work. They would never spend time and effort remastering all the CoDs (Or not even the most popular for that matter). They could simply let backwards compatibility do all the work for them. People like me, who have sold their 360 will most likely go back and buy MW2 again and get some of the DLCs, thus gaining CoD money without doing any work. The only problem Microsoft has with adding 360 games is getting the developers to give the "ok" for them to run the 360 game through the xbox one emulator. So, whether or not these companies agree to let Microsoft do this is beyond me. Only time will tell.

Eventually, all the games on the Xbox 360 will come to the Xbox One. Microsoft wants the Xbox One to have the biggest library of games out of all platforms/consoles. Once the update comes out to everyone in the fall, for the backwards compatibility, they will be adding over 100 Xbox 360 games along with it.

But not from resale games. I don't think that many people are going to go out and purchase a brand new copy of the game. I recently bought MW2 from GameStop and bought the pre-owned version because it was $27 cheaper to buy. (GameStop MW2 for PS3)

I Personally think whenever the Franchise is starting to fall off, they will bring out a Game with only Treyarch Zombies on it and it will have every Call of Duty Zombies map on it that has been made by Treyarch. And yeah, I also don't think they will allow Backwards compatibility on any Call of Duty because how will they address all of the modding that is still occurring on the 360? They'll probably do 2 releases of Remastered Call of Duties One of them being Infinity ward and the other being Treyarch, they know that people will buy them because of nostalgia.
just my 2 Cents.

They're veering to the bottom of the list.
