i'm sorry? a real photo manipulator takes several stock images turning one base image into an entirely new image by using lighting to make it seem as if it belongs there. In this piece the text does not look as if it belongs and you also used a copyrighted image.

start with a better color correction, use several images from a bunch of royalty free websites and start by making all the shadows correlate with the light intensity and direction. heres an example from an ad I did> [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , I used fruit stocks and had to tweak the color and shadows for each individual fruit in order to make it all blend and flow properly. shadows play a key role in photomanipulation. Lighting is everything in art

I'm not really a fan of the colors.
And why is the picture so noisy?
