Try watching tutorials on how to use photoshop the right way.
Not on how to make COD GFX.

Looks okay I guess, but the whole 8 years of experience? Your work doesn't seem to match it.

I know almost nothing about Graphics, but some of your work looks decent, whereas some of it looks like you could copy it in paint. Certainly not 8 years experience.
